Routine Teeth Cleanings
Brushing and flossing your teeth and gums regularly is essential to maintaining a healthy smile. While doing so at home is a necessity, it is also imperative that you come in for regular professional cleanings. Our technology and practiced skills allow us to reach bacteria and plaque buildups that store-bought products cannot. You can avoid expensive procedures with regular and proper maintenance.
Fillings
If you have a tooth that has become or is at risk of becoming infected due to a cavity or a deep pit, a filling may be the best option. Fillings can help avoid further decay and subsequent treatments, and can even prevent a cavity from forming at all. We can also replace older metal/mercury fillings with new white natural-colored ones!
Sealants
If you or your child has pitted teeth, this can leave them vulnerable to bacteria that causes cavities and infection. Using a tooth-colored sealant to fill those pits can prevent decay along with expensive and uncomfortable procedures.
Periodontal Treatment
If your teeth or gums have succumb to, or you suspect you are suffering from periodontal disease, do not wait to call. This is when bacteria and plaque have caused disease that has reached the root, gums and pulp of your tooth’s entire structure. This can cause severe to mild pain, sensitivity to hot and cold food, a foul stench and/or taste, and bloodied and uncomfortable gums, and even tooth loss in the worst cases. We can clear your mouth of disease and reinstate the health of your mouth.
Non-Surgical Root Canal
If you have a tooth that cannot be saved from infection, but that is not at a level of injury where reaching the root will require surgery, our dentists will perform a standard root canal, right in our office. Upon removing the tooth’s infected root, you will find immediate relief from the pressure and pain the it was causing. This will also prevent further infection from spreading to the surrounding healthy teeth and gums. Should you require a surgical root canal, we will happily refer to one of our trusted and vetted oral and maxillofacial surgeons we partner with.
Dental Implants
If you have lost a tooth due to an accident, health-related incident or to decay, a dental implant is a great option for a long-lasting and solid replacement. We will perform a thorough examination of your health history as well as complete a dental/radiographic exam to ensure your need for, and ability to receive, a dental implant. If this is the best option for you, we will remove any remaining tooth if necessary, and install a small metal implant that will take a few months to fuse to your jaw bone. This will enable a strong and lasting hold to attach the crown that will will function as your new tooth which is designed to match your existing teeth, seamlessly.
Dentures
While dentures are most often utilized in the later years of life, they are a viable option for anyone seeking replacement of all of their teeth. If you have undergone a medical experience or accident that has left you without the majority of your teeth, dentures are a great option. Equally, if you have reached an older age and find your teeth are weakened and decaying, making cleaning, eating and talking uncomfortable, dentures are also an excellent option for you. We will create a top and/or bottom row of teeth to create a clean, well-matched and -colored mouth of teeth. They are secure for all normal daily use like eating and speaking, and can be removed for extensive cleaning. We will also help maintain your dentures as your gums and jaw change over time.
Dental Bridge
If you have lost one or more teeth due to decay or an accident, a permanent or removable bridge can be a great option to make your smile look good and remain healthy. As bridges help you speak, eat and keep a proper jaw alignment, they also help prevent oral disease. If you wish for a permanent bridge, we will bond your newly made tooth or teeth to other healthy surrounding teeth, creating a secure feeling and naturally appearing set of teeth. If you wish for a removable bridge, while they are slightly less secure, they are easier to clean. If you wish for a removable bridge, which essentially functions as a smaller removable denture piece, note that they are slightly less secure but easier to clean. We will build matching false teeth that will be secured to an easily removable fixture that is virtually undetected by you, or others.
Dental Crowns
Whether you are in need of restoration to poorly done dental work prior to becoming a patient here, or if you have a broken, decayed or missing tooth, dental crowns are a great option. We are known for our ability to make teeth appear new again utilizing this technology. Dental crowns ensure your ability to chew properly, speak well and avoid jaw alignment issues. We will clear out your broken or decayed tooth in order to place a crown over top, losing any presence of the old tooth and reinforcing your brilliant smile.
